Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil (extra-virgin if you have it)

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic - minced

  • ~ 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a jar and emulsify or add a lid and shake well. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
