Chocolate Peppermint Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz peppermint vodka

  • 1 oz espresso (freshly brewed and chilled)

  • .25 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)

  • .5 oz chocolate syrup

  • 1 oz whole milk / heavy cream

  • Crushed peppermint candy/candy canes and chocolate syrup (optional, for rim)

Instructions:

Prep:

Put a martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes until chilled. Rim the glass using chocolate syrup and crushed peppermint candy or candy canes.

If you like a little extra chocolate drizzle/swirl some chocolate syrup inside the glass too.

To make the cocktail:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add peppermint vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and milk/cream. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
