Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 large cinnamon sticks
Add all ingredients to a small pan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the cinnamon sticks steep for ~ 30 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon sticks and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
