Jalapeño Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1-2 jalapeños sliced. (include as many seeds for as spicy as you want it)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat.

  2. Heat until sugar has dissolved. Stirring occasionally. (about 5 mins)

  3. Remove the jalapeños and store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
