Jalapeño Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1-2 jalapeños sliced. (include as many seeds for as spicy as you want it)
Combine all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Heat until sugar has dissolved. Stirring occasionally. (about 5 mins)
Remove the jalapeños and store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
