Spiced Chai Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
2 chai tea bags
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Combine water and sugar and a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add chai tea bags and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags, stir in ground cinnamon and cardamom and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
