Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz light rum

  • .75 oz peach schnapps

  • 1.25oz pineapple juice

  • 1.25oz orange juice

  • Grenadine

  • Fresh fruit (Orange slices, cocktail cherries, pineapple wedge) - optional, for garnish

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add rum, peach schnapps, and the juices. Stir lightly. Press a spoon up against the inside of the glass and slowly pour the grenadine (it should slowly sink to the bottom.) Garnish it with the fresh fruit.
