Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 English cucumber (or 1 small cucumber), grated

  • 1 clove garlic, minced or grated

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully blended.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Enjoy this with Greek Salads, Souvlaki Sandwiches, Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers, or a dip for vegetables.
