Maple Pecan Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Combine maple syrup and chopped pecans in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir in ground cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool.

  4. Stir in vanilla extract.

    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
