Maple Pecan Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine maple syrup and chopped pecans in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in ground cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
