Spiced Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon

• 1 oz Spiced Maple Syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

• Charred Orange Twist (for garnish)

  In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, spiced maple syrup, and bitters. Fill the glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Use a torch or a lighter to lightly char the edges of the orange peel. Drag the peel around the rim of the glass and drop in.
